International Anti-Corruption Day: FCC to Host a Guest of Honor

On the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day celebrated on December 9, 2025, the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) will host a guest of honor, Thuli Madonsela, for a series of workshops. A prominent figure in the fight against corruption in South Africa, Thuli Madonsela is an attorney, law professor, and human rights activist. She played a central role in drafting the final version of the South African Constitution, which was enacted in 1996 by President Nelson Mandela. She has also contributed to the development of several key laws, including the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, the Recognition of Customary Marriages Act, and other reforms related to customary law and equality.
