The 47th Assembly of Governors of the Association of African Central Banks (AACB), held on November 28 in Yaoundé, marked a pivotal moment for the continent's financial governance: the presentation of the first African Report on Financial Stability, a key document that lays the groundwork for integrated prudential oversight across Africa. This report encompasses 46 countries, representing nearly 90% of the continent's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
