In Floréal: Tragic Accident at a Crosswalk

In Floréal, a tragic incident occurred yesterday morning, Friday, December 5th. Manoda Manoudally sadly lost her life after being struck by a motorcycle while crossing the road at a crosswalk.

Rushed to Victoria Hospital and admitted to intensive care, the victim succumbed to her injuries a few hours later.

According to the police, the 33-year-old motorcyclist was also injured. After receiving necessary medical attention, he was taken into custody. He is expected to appear before the Bail and Remand Court on Saturday under a provisional charge of involuntary manslaughter.
