Statistics Mauritius: Cost of Living: CPI Rises, But Annual Inflation Does Not Follow

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose from 107.9 in October to 108.2 in November, marking an increase of 0.3%. Over the past 12 months, the headline inflation rate stands at 3.5%, compared to 3.7% for the same period in 2024, while the year-on-year inflation for November reached 4.0%. This information was reported by Statistics Mauritius at the beginning of December.
