Indonesia: 22 Dead in Office Building Fire in Jakarta

A fire in an office building in the heart of Indonesia's capital, Jakarta, has claimed at least 22 lives as of Tuesday, December 9, according to the latest report from a police official.

The blaze erupted on Tuesday afternoon in a seven-story building located in Kemayoran, a bustling district in central Jakarta.

According to the police, the fire started when a battery from a drone, stored on the ground floor of the office building, exploded. The fire then spread rapidly throughout the structure.
