Death of Andy Selmour in Melrose Prison: His Wife Demands Justice

A heartfelt cry from Eliza Drapcand. The wife of Andy Selmour, 32, struggles to accept the sudden loss of her husband, who passed away Tuesday night at Melrose Prison following an altercation with other inmates.

She shared her feelings with RadioPlus this Wednesday, December 10. The CID of Montagne-Blanche has launched an investigation and has already obtained footage from surveillance cameras. Distraught, Eliza Drapcand claims her husband was 'unrecognizable.'

Police from the Montagne-Blanche station, accompanied by CID investigators, were dispatched to the scene. The exact circumstances of the tragedy remain to be determined.

The autopsy of the 33-year-old inmate has been postponed to a later date. His mother, currently abroad, has requested to be present during the post-mortem examination and informed the police that she will return to Mauritius as soon as possible.
