Parliament: PMQT - Loans to Dhyanavartam Ltd: Rs 3.1 billion of public funds at stake

Roshan Jhummun questioned the Prime Minister about the inquiry into the loans granted between 2022 and 2024 by the State Bank of Mauritius (SBM) and the Mauritius Investment Corporation (MIC) to Dhyanavartam Ltd, the operator of Maradiva Hotels & Resorts. With the company having entered liquidation proceedings, the inquiry also addressed the actions taken to recover the funds disbursed. The Prime Minister added that the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) has initiated a preliminary investigation into the matter.
