A 22-year-old man from the Caroline region filed a complaint on Monday, December 8, for cyber extortion after being targeted by sexual blackmail online. The case was registered this week with the authorities.

He was allegedly contacted through a Facebook account belonging to a woman claiming to be from India. After several message exchanges, she purportedly suggested a sexual video call via a messaging app.
