The Topping-Out ceremony, marking the completion of the building structure and the reaching of the highest point of the new U.S. Embassy chancery, took place in Bagatelle on Thursday morning, December 11. Traditionally, a topping-out ceremony celebrates the progress of the construction site, honors the remarkable work of engineers and workers, and reflects the spirit of partnership with the host country.
