Street Vendors: Port-Louis Night Market Cancelled Due to Bad Weather

The Night Market scheduled to launch this Friday, December 12, in the capital, specifically on Desforges Street, has ultimately been cancelled. The event, highly anticipated by vendors and the public, was called off due to the adverse weather conditions affecting the area.

Contacted by phone, Port-Louis Mayor Aslam Hossenally confirmed the decision. He explained that public safety took precedence over any other considerations.
