Drugs: Cannabis and MDMA Seized in Two Postal Packages

Two packages containing drugs were intercepted on Wednesday during a session of the Return Letter Office Committee at the Parcel Post Office in Port-Louis. The officers present, including members of Team B, uncovered two suspicious shipments that arrived from abroad, one containing cannabis and the other MDMA.

At around 11:05 a.m., a first package coded PD7010-5 caught the officers’ attention. It was an envelope that arrived in Mauritius on September 11.
