Salim Muthy: "When you hear about a drug shortage on the market, that’s when you can say the fight against drugs has begun"

Salim Muthy, a social worker and member of the Muslim Citizen Council, asserts that the fight against drugs will only start yielding results when there are reports of a drug shortage in the country. He made these remarks while speaking to TéléPlus this Sunday after a discussion on the theme "Say no to drugs", organized in Port-Louis by the Muslim Citizen Council in collaboration with the National Agency for Drug Control.
