Sam Lauthan: "Indifference is the Biggest Obstacle in the Fight Against Drugs"

Sam Lauthan, the president of the National Agency for Drug Control, stated that indifference remains the biggest barrier in the fight against drugs. He spoke to TéléPlus this Sunday following a discussion on the theme "Say No to Drugs," organized in Port-Louis by the Muslim Citizen Council in collaboration with the National Agency for Drug Control.
