Investigation into Air Mauritius: Kroll's Report Expected in January 2026

The report from Kroll regarding Air Mauritius is not yet finalized. This was clarified by Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam in a written response to a question from MP Roshan Jhummun.

It is worth recalling that Kroll Middle East Consultancy Ltd was engaged on April 23 to conduct a thorough investigation, particularly concerning the sale or cessation of five aircraft during the voluntary administration period, the lease of two A330-200s in 2022, as well as the order of an A350-900 in 2023.

A meeting with Air Mauritius is scheduled for mid-January 2026 to review the progress of this investigation. Once the report is submitted, the company's board of directors will examine the findings and decide on the next steps.
