Concrete Fall in Rose-Hill: Barriers Installed Along the Old Atrium Building

Barriers have been installed along the old Atrium building in Rose-Hill due to falling concrete pieces on the roadway, posing a danger to pedestrians. The building, which has been abandoned by many of its merchants for several years, is in a state of disrepair.

However, it still houses a few tenants who continue to operate their businesses there. A demolition project was considered a few years ago, particularly as part of the Rose-Hill Urban Terminal project.
