Bon-Accueil: Two Arrests for Lychee Theft

A theft of lychees in Bon-Accueil, reported to the Brisée-Verdière police last Saturday around 6:30 AM, resulted in two arrests. The complainant, a resident of Belvédère, stated that she went to her plantation at 5:15 AM, where she caught a man with a plastic bag. He attempted to flee but was apprehended without being able to justify his presence. After being taken to the station, the suspect, a 51-year-old resident of Bon-Accueil, confessed to stealing the lychees.
