MIC-Menlo Park Case: After the Injunction Request, Court Suspends Investigation and Schedules Urgent Hearing

The MIC-Menlo Park case has reached a significant new judicial development. On Wednesday, December 10, Menlo Park Ltd, through its leaders Stéphane Adam and Mary-Queenie Adam, filed a request for an injunction in the Supreme Court to have the investigation concerning an alleged conspiracy to defraud the Mauritius Investment Corporation (MIC) removed from ASP Dussoye and the Anti-Money Laundering Unit (AMLU) of the CCID, and transferred to another police unit.
