Dinesh Sooful Found Not Guilty After Testing Positive for Cocaine

Dinesh Sooful can finally breathe a sigh of relief. After testing positive for cocaine during an unexpected check, jockey Dinesh Sooful has been found not guilty after being initially charged under regulations 70.2 1:

A Jockey shall commit an offence if any Sample of blood, breath, hair or urine taken from him contains a Banned Substance.

And regulation 70.4.6:

A Banned Substance is any one or any combination of the following substances or any of the metabolites of such substances.
