Montebello Mall welcomed its first visitors starting Tuesday, December 16, marking the opening of a new shopping space integrated into the Montebello Smart City. Designed as a local hub, it connects the area and its residents to modern infrastructure by bringing together a supermarket and essential services in one location, making daily life easier for local residents. Accessible and seamless, the mall offers a shopping approach centered on proximity, discovery, and ease of use. A special program has been created in light of the Christmas and New Year festivities.

The customer experience is built on three pillars: proximity, with an offer tailored to everyday needs; discovery, highlighted by a selection of specialty shops, a Food Pavilion showcasing authentic dining concepts, and passionate artisans; and fluidity, with exceptional accessibility from major roadways," states the management of Montebello Mall.
A Gradual Opening, Timed with Year-End Celebrations
The opening of Montebello Mall coincides with the festive season and is accompanied by a series of activities scheduled from December 16 to 31. Visitors will be able to explore the Mistletoe Market from December 16 to 24, along with a range of family activities throughout this period, including a Family Board Games Night on December 27.
Children can meet Santa Claus at Santa's Grotto and attend Storytelling by Santa sessions on December 20, 22, and 23. Other activities for kids include Wonderland for Kids on December 16, Santa's Academy on December 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, and 24, and Kids Workshops on December 27 and 28.
The program will also feature live musical performances, Christmas carols, and parades, including the Christmas Disney Parade and the Christmas Parade & Dance Show. A free gift-wrapping station will be available on December 20 and 22.
Extended Hours to Support Visitors
To assist visitors with their year-end preparations, Montebello Mall will implement extended hours for its shops and Restaurant & Food Pavilion. On December 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, shops will be open from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and the dining area from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. These same hours will apply on Christmas Eve, December 24. On Christmas Day, December 25, shops will welcome customers from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, while the Food Pavilion will remain open until 10:00 PM. On December 26, shops will close at 8:00 PM, with the Food Pavilion accessible until 10:00 PM. Regular hours will be in place on December 16, 17, 18, 29, 30, and 31, with shops closing at 7:00 PM and the dining area at 9:00 PM.
