Clouds coming from the east will influence local weather throughout the day. The morning will be beautiful; however, cloudy periods are expected during the day with showers, especially over the eastern half of the island and the higher altitudes. Pockets of fog are also anticipated, according to the weather bulletin from Vacoas issued this Friday, December 19.

The maximum temperature will range between 24 and 27 degrees Celsius in the higher areas and between 30 and 32 degrees Celsius along the coastal regions.

The sky will be clear during the night.

The minimum temperature will fluctuate between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius in the central plateau and between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius along the coast.

The east wind will blow at about 20 km/h, with gusts that could reach up to 50 km/h.

The sea will be rough beyond the reefs, with waves around 3 meters high. Outings at sea, as well as in the lagoons of the east and south, are not recommended.
