Shopping Center: Rose Belle Mall by WESS Opens Its Doors in the South of the Country

The shopping landscape is expanding! Rose Belle Mall by WESS officially opened its doors on Wednesday, December 17. Covering an area of 15,000 square meters, this commercial project, developed by Wembley Investment Ltd, aims to enhance the economic and social appeal of the South.

"With Rose Belle Mall by WESS, we aimed to create a comfortable, modern, and accessible space that meets the real needs of local communities while respecting the identity of the area and its historical significance," emphasizes Nilesh Dabysing, Managing Director of Wembley Investment Ltd, the project's developer.

Designed as a comprehensive local hub, the center features Intermart as its flagship store, alongside a selection of retailers including GAP, Fidalga, Mikado, Rodeo Drive, Kalachand Bedding, Mantra, and various other national and international brands. Its food court, envisioned as a space for sharing and comfort, offers a culinary selection of both local and international dishes. The project pays homage to the history of Rose-Belle, a locality historically marked by the former sugar factory that contributed to its development for many years, extending its purpose as a place for life and gatherings in a contemporary setting.
