A light to moderate breeze is blowing across the region. The weather will be partly cloudy this morning, with occasional showers in the highlands. In the afternoon, cloud development is expected over the west of the island and the central plateau, accompanied by localized, sometimes moderate, rain according to the latest bulletin issued by the Vacoas weather station on Monday, December 22.

The maximum temperature will range between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius in the highlands and between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius in coastal areas.

The sky will gradually clear in the evening, and the weather will generally be nice during the night.

The minimum temperature will fluctuate between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius along the coast.

The wind will blow from the east at a speed of 10 to 20 km/h.

The sea will be rough beyond the reefs, with swells from the southwest reaching about 2.5 meters. High seas outings are discouraged. The lagoons in the south and west will become impassable starting tonight.
