MAHRP Launches Its Annual Magazine: Focusing on the Challenges of Tomorrow's Human Resources

The Mauritius Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) launched its annual magazine on Friday, December 19, at Caudan, in the presence of the President of the Republic, focusing on the trends and challenges that will shape human resources by 2026.

President Dharam Gokhool, accompanied by his wife, attended the launch of the MAHRP's annual magazine at the Namaste restaurant in Caudan. The ceremony was attended by Areff Salauroo, president of the association and the International Confederation of Human Resources Associations, under the theme "Aligning HR Strategies with 2026 Trends."

This edition highlights the evolution of HR practices in a context marked by technology and changes in work modes. For Areff Salauroo, the magazine primarily illustrates the art of managing people. He noted that the President's presence was not merely ceremonial: "The President of the Republic was once a lecturer at the University of Mauritius, and many of us had the privilege of being his students. This is why he was appointed Honorary Member of the association," he explained.
