On December 22, 2025, the Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) will release 2,346,147 new ordinary shares for trading on the Mauritius Stock Exchange. This issuance follows a stock dividend program approved by the Board of Directors on November 25, 2025, allowing shareholders who opted for stock dividends to receive a total of Rs 929,753,159.25. The shares issued on December 19 bring the total number of ordinary shares outstanding to 263,929,938. Investors will be able to trade these shares on the scheduled date, in accordance with the stock exchange procedures in place.
