Indonesia: British Porn Star Banned from Entry for Ten Years
A British porn star, Bonnie Blue, has been banned from entering Indonesia for ten years due to suspicions of producing pornographic content, as announced by immigration authorities on Monday.
Indonesia strictly prohibits the production of pornography, which can lead to a prison sentence of up to 12 years and a fine of $360,000.
Bonnie Blue, 26, whose real name is Tia Billinger, is known for her social media presence and content on OnlyFans. She was arrested earlier this month during a police raid on December 4 at a studio in Badung, a tourist area near Denpasar, Bali's main city, and subsequently expelled from the country.
Two other British individuals and an Australian were also arrested on similar charges of producing pornographic material.
During the raid, police confiscated a blue van marked "Bang Bus." Upon examining the actress's phone, they found "private videos," but no charges were filed against the group as these were deemed "private documents not intended for public dissemination," according to a statement from the immigration department.
Although the pornographic allegations were not proven, Indonesian authorities claimed that the actress and her companions had entered Indonesia "to create commercial content likely to disturb public order," stated Yuldi Yusman, the acting head of immigration services.
"Therefore, we have imposed a ten-year entry ban as these activities do not align with the government's efforts to preserve Bali's tourism image and respect for local cultural values," he added.
The actress is known for her provocative challenges and as an adult content creator. Earlier this year, she sparked a social media uproar by announcing her intention to sleep with over a thousand men in 12 hours.
In Australia and Bali, she organized her trip during "schoolies week," an Australian post-graduation celebration where youths come to the Indonesian island to party, again posting videos of sexually suggestive parties on social media.
In recent years, Balinese authorities have increasingly opposed inappropriate behavior from foreign tourists. Several visitors, including Russian influencers, have been expelled for posing nude at sacred sites on the island.
