Lux Collective: 31 Hospitality Graduates

Thirty-one employees from Lux Collective have received their certificates as part of the Tourism and Hospitality Operations Programme, in partnership with Polytechnics Mauritius Ltd. This graduation ceremony marked the conclusion of a six-month program aimed at enhancing operational management and service skills within the hotel group.

Launched at the beginning of the year, the program allowed participants to receive training while continuing to work full-time in the six hotels.
