PRB: Radhakrishna Sadien Calls for a Complete Overhaul in Consultation with Unions

Press conferences held by trade union confederations have been following one after another since the release of the Pay Research Bureau (PRB) report last Friday. While the analyses vary from one union to another, the general consensus remains the same: the 2026 report is a disaster. Yesterday, Radhakrishna Sadien, a union negotiator from the State and Other Employees Federation (SEF), once again strongly criticized the shortcomings of the report and called for a complete overhaul of the PRB, in consultation with the unions.
