This December 24th will be unforgettable for three families in Singamanie, Bois-Marchand. The Minister of Housing and Land, Shakeel Mohamed, along with MP Anabelle Savabaddy, presented them with rental contracts.

The Lacharmante, Pierre, and Clair families have lived on state land for over 25 years without any legal title. This precarious situation, characterized by uncertainty and the constant fear of eviction, has come to an end with the granting of official rental agreements, allowing them to celebrate Christmas with peace of mind.
