A violent attack was reported on the evening of Saturday, December 27, in Ste-Anne, Flacq, prompting immediate police intervention.

According to information gathered by the Flacq police, the incident occurred around 8:10 PM. The victim, a 54-year-old resident of Ste-Anne, was admitted to SAJ Hospital after being assaulted following a dispute with one of his neighbors, whose identity and age are still unknown.
