Murder in Batimarais: Victim's Husband Arrested and Brought to Court

A New Year's Eve that turned tragic. Marie Anna Muthoora's husband will appear before the Bail and Remand Court this Thursday, January 1st, facing a provisional charge of murder. This 50-year-old man is currently the main suspect in the murder of his wife, which occurred yesterday, December 31st, in Batimarais.

Marie Anna Muthoora, 33 years old, was found lifeless on the floor of her home shortly after 10 PM. According to initial reports, it appears to have been a domestic dispute that escalated. The autopsy conducted by forensic doctor Dr. Maxwell Monvoisin attributed the death to "Traumatic Subdural and Pontine Hematoma." The investigation is ongoing.
