Update on Tropical Depression Grant

As of 4:00 AM on Saturday, January 3rd, Tropical Depression Grant was centered at approximately 14.9° South latitude and 65.8° East longitude, which is about 1,060 km northeast of Mauritius. It is moving northwest at a speed of around 8 km/h.

According to forecasts from the Vacoas weather station, the system is expected to pass far north of the country on Tuesday.
