Thefts in Port-Louis: Aluminum Plates and a Bicycle Go Missing

The beginning of the year has been tough for two residents of Port-Louis, who fell victim to thefts that occurred in Vallée-Pitot and Trou-Fanfaron. The police are investigating to find those responsible for these incidents.

In Vallée-Pitot, a 39-year-old technician discovered that two aluminum floor plates had gone missing from his yard. The incident is believed to have occurred between the evening of December 30, 2025, and January 1, 2026. The estimated loss is Rs 20,000. There were no surveillance cameras in the area.
