Petit-Raffray: Shivani Saminaden Murdered, Her Six-Month-Old Baby Found in a Trash Barrel

A young woman, devoted to social work and filled with hopeful projects, has been found dead. Shivani Saminaden, aged 29, was fatally attacked.
