Public Health – Launch of Hotline 146: "All Complaints Will Be Taken Seriously," Says Anil Bachoo

The hotline 146 is the new number established to collect complaints related to public health services. Its official launch took place this Tuesday at Dr. A. G. Jeetoo Hospital, attended by the Minister of Health, Anil Bachoo, and Junior Minister, Anishta Babooram.

Already operational, this service is available 24/7. According to Anil Bachoo, the goal is clear: to get closer to patients and improve the quality of care. The minister assures that all complaints will be taken seriously and that concrete actions will be taken if necessary.

Furthermore, regarding the E-Health project, the Minister of Health states that steps are already underway. The announced goal is to computerize all health services by 2027.
