Mauritius ranks second among the best destinations for retirement abroad, with a score of 89.24 out of 100, according to the Global Retirement Report 2025. This study, published by Global Citizen Solutions (GCS), compares 44 retirement visa and passive income programs worldwide. Portugal comes out on top with a score of 92.61.
