The child was struck by a speedboat while swimming with dolphins last Tuesday in the lagoon of Rivière-Noire. Sylvain Meyepa, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tourism Authority, expresses concern over the parents' irresponsibility, emphasizing that the child was alone and unsupervised in a boating zone.
