January 2 Femicide: Temporary Murder Charge Filed Against Beltrami Kemayou

A temporary murder charge has been filed against 24-year-old Cameroonian Beltrami Bolzano Kemayou, who appeared yesterday before Magistrate Bibi Zeenat Cassamally at the Pamplemousses District Court. He was escorted under heavy security by members of the Special Support Unit (SSU) to the court, handcuffed and in custody.
