Port Louis Region: A Young Woman Accuses Her Uncle of Rape

A 22-year-old woman living in the Port Louis region has reported her uncle for rape. She claims that her 47-year-old uncle forced her to smoke a synthetic drug cigarette, and took advantage of the situation while she was unconscious to assault her.
