National Day: The Seychellois President Accepts the Invitation from Mauritius

The 58th celebration of Mauritius' Independence, scheduled for March 12, 2026, will take place in the presence of a regional head of state. The newly elected President of the Republic of Seychelles, Dr. Patrick Herminie, will be traveling to Mauritius for the event. He was elected to lead the archipelago in October 2025. The Cabinet has taken note of this development.
