MU: Darren Fletcher Unsure About His Future

Darren Fletcher, appointed as Manchester United's interim coach following the dismissal of Ruben Amorim, has clarified his current situation. Ahead of his second match in charge of the Red Devils on Sunday in the FA Cup against Brighton, the former Scottish midfielder stated that he has not had any discussions with Sir Jim Ratcliffe regarding his future at the club, after managing his first game against Brighton (which ended in a 2-2 draw).

"No, I haven't had those discussions. I speak with Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox. For my part, I am focusing on the tasks at hand. I’m not thinking about my future, and I haven't had any discussions about it. They have entrusted me with the full responsibility to take charge for these two matches. Making my own decisions, leading the team, and preparing it—that's what I've done. There have been no discussions," he assured during the press conference, emphasizing his focus on the short-term mission.
