Showers in the East and Central Plateau
Clouds associated with an instability line approaching from the East are influencing the weather. Overcast conditions are expected this morning and throughout the day, with showers primarily in the East and Central Plateau. These showers will be temporarily moderate and may be accompanied by isolated thunderstorms. Pockets of fog are also anticipated.
The weather will remain cloudy overnight with occasional moderate showers and a risk of thunderstorms. Winds will blow from the East at around 20 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 50 km/h. The sea will be rough beyond the reefs, with swells from the southwest of about 2.5 meters. Outings at sea are not recommended.
The public is advised to stay in safe places and avoid open areas, hiking, or sheltering under trees during thunderstorms. Caution is advised on the roads due to reduced visibility from fog and showers.
The maximum temperature will range from 25 to 27 degrees Celsius on the Central Plateau and from 29 to 32 degrees Celsius in coastal regions. The minimum temperature will range from 20 to 22 degrees Celsius in the highlands and from 24 to 26 degrees Celsius along the coast.
