The major back-to-school event took place under unpredictable skies in several regions across the country. At dawn, while rain welcomed students, parents, and teachers on their way to school in the higher areas, in other regions, the sun shone brightly. With umbrellas open, raincoats donned, bags tightly held, sunshades, or caps on, both young and old braved nature's whims to kick off the new school year.
