Health: How a Night's Sleep Allows an AI to Predict Over 100 Diseases
A simple sleep recording could soon be enough to predict the onset of many diseases. Researchers at Stanford University in California have developed an artificial intelligence (AI) model capable of assessing the risk of developing over 100 health conditions from just one night of sleep.
Named SleepFM, this model is based on a large language model (LLM) trained to analyze a multitude of physiological signals collected during sleep.
