Agriterra: Loïc Koenig Takes Over as General Manager from Sébastien Mamet

Agriterra's agricultural cluster welcomed a new General Manager in January 2026, Loïc Koenig, who succeeds Sébastien Mamet, previously the Managing Director of Grays within the group.

Loïc Koenig, a recognized expert in the sugar industry with extensive international experience, holds a deep background in mechanical engineering. He previously served as the Factory Executive Officer at Transmara Sugar Company Ltd in Kenya, where he managed all industrial operations focusing on operational excellence and best practices. He was also responsible for budget oversight, innovation, project implementation, and team support through knowledge sharing and expertise.

With a management style that emphasizes efficiency, innovation, and sustainability, the new GM is distinguished by strong organizational skills, great adaptability, and a keen attention to detail. In addition to creating new opportunities, he excels at promoting innovation while maintaining high levels of team engagement.
