Baie-du-Tombeau: Elderly Woman Attacked by Neighbors

An elderly woman, aged 70, was violently assaulted in her home on Monday evening in a residential area of Baie-du-Tombeau. According to our information sources, an individual entered through the back of the house and surprised the septuagenarian.

While struggling to free herself from her attacker, she sustained injuries to her arms and head. Alerted by her cries for help, neighbors reportedly helped to chase off the assailant and then assisted the victim.
