National Blue Economy Strategy: Contract Signing for Consulting Services: Towards a High-Potential Sector

The contract signing ceremony for the consulting services tasked with developing the National Blue Economy Strategy took place on January 19 at The Docks building in Port Louis. The call for expressions of interest was launched internationally on July 29, 2025, with a deadline of September 15. After evaluating the proposals, the contract was awarded on December 19 to Valinor Energy Analytics Ltd, a Mauritian consortium and foreign partners.
