Summer Down Under Series: Para-athlete Noemi Alphonse Dominates

Double world champion in the 100m T54 category, Noemi Alphonse proudly showcased the colors of the Mauritian flag during the Summer Down Under Series in Canberra, Australia. The Mauritian para-athlete excelled in the competition, winning all five events she participated in and setting a new African record for the 200m in a wheelchair.

Her intensive training camp at the Australian Institute of Sport, from January 5 to 19, significantly contributed to her success.
