Murder of Sivanee Saminaden and Brutal Assault on a French Woman: Beltrami Kemayou Details the Events
Under heavy police escort, Beltrami Bolzano Kemayou returned around 1:30 PM on Tuesday, January 27, to the scene of the tragedy in St-François, Petit-Raffray. Accompanied by members of the Special Response Group (SRG) and the Special Supporting Unit (SSU), the Cameroonian national reconstructed the events that occurred during the night of January 3 to 4.
Wearing a bulletproof vest, he outlined to the investigators from the MCIT the various steps leading up to and following the fatal assault on his partner, Sivanee Saminaden, in the rental house they occupied on Royal Road, Petit-Raffray. He also pointed out the location: at the back of the house, he indicated a barrel where he had disposed of their six-month-old infant.
The suspect was then taken to the intersection of Calodyne, near the Intermart supermarket, where he reenacted the assault on a French national, whom he allegedly bit violently on the lips and nose. This reconstruction exercise drew a large crowd of onlookers, although no incidents were reported.
