Third Phase: Renovation of the Plaza - A 18-Month Deadline Set for Completion

The long-awaited renovation of the historic Plaza theater has now entered its third phase. Following the official signing of the contract that took place yesterday afternoon, authorities confirmed that the work for this phase will last 18 months, starting one month after the site is handed over to the contractor. The ceremony was held at the Beau-Bassin–Rose-Hill town hall, attended by the mayor, Gabriela Batour.
