With over 20 years of experience in renowned hotel groups, both in Mauritius and internationally, she takes the helm at this five-star property nestled in the pristine nature of Bel Ombre. Of Indian descent, Olivia Zacharias graduated from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development in New Delhi. She holds a degree in Hotel Management, complemented by several specialized diplomas in hotel operations, service management, sales, and marketing. Her impressive career includes notable establishments such as The Oberoi, Taj Hotels, Raffles, Sofitel, and Constance Hotels & Resorts. Olivia has built her career on a solid mastery of hotel management, team leadership, and creating customer experiences, adopting a cross-departmental approach that blends operational excellence, strategic vision, and attention to detail.
